Caregiver Requirements:
As a caregiver, you'll provide essential assistance with daily living activities, offer companionship, manage medications, and create a safe, comfortable environment for our clients.
Provide compassionate care and support with daily living (dressing, bathing, meals, etc.)
Offer companionship, conversation, and meaningful social interaction
Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation
Ensure medication reminders and adherence (if applicable)
Engage in hobbies, activities, and outings to promote well-being
Caregiver Requirements:
WA Home Care Aide Certification
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Passion for helping seniors
Strong communication and compassion
Reliable, patient, detail-oriented
Willingness to learn and grow
